Banaras is situated in Uttar-Pradesh. If you want to go Banaras through train you will get many options. There r so many express trains available. You may also ride express trains of other destinations which go via Banaras. There is another option to go there by flight. The communication is very well and the budget will be pocket friendly.

In Varanasi Lord Shiva is main destination. Indian religious people go there only for Lord Shiva.

Banaras is a city of Ghats. Near about 100 ghats are located over there. Among them 80 ghats are famous. You can take a look on them from Ganga.

Side scenes

From Varanasi you may travel to Tribani at Allahabad. This is a place of estuary of three holy rivers Ganga , Yamuna and saraswati. Devotees take a dip at estuary to become holy.
